BTS V serves fitness goals with Wooga Squad

Lately, the BTS members have been hitting the gym—and the pavement—hard. Since beginning their military enlistments, many of them have become more mindful about their fitness routines.

The boys are making every effort to stay in shape now that physical training is a regular part of their lives. Specifically, RM, Jungkook, and V have resorted to running. Exercise has evolved into a means of relaxation, reconnection, and quality time with close friends.

V (Kim Taehyung) gave fans a glimpse of one such moment with his adored Wooga Squad brothers, Park Seo Joon and Park Hyung Sik, over the weekend.

Widespread videos online show the three walking side by side along the picturesque Han River, cooling down after what seemed to be an intense run.

Clad in comfy workout gear and baseball caps, the trio looked relaxed and cheerful — even as light rain fell around them. “It’s raining,” Seo Joon pointed out, as Taehyung and Hyung Sik harmonised with a soft, playful response.

The moment was brief, but full of warmth — a candid snapshot of enduring friendship that fans couldn’t get enough of.

But it wasn’t just the reunion that got ARMYs talking — it was V’s outfit, too. Some fans speculated that the jacket he wore was a high-tech running vest, while others wondered if it was a weighted jacket used during military training.

Either way, the consensus was clear: he looked seriously committed to the grind.

Taehyung’s fitness journey has also seen him team up with Jungkook for runs around the Han River. Wanting to keep things low-key, the two even created a fun set of "rules" for fans if they happened to spot them — no approaching, no overtaking, and definitely no face photos. Just toss them the Bangtan hand sign, and they’ll appreciate it.

V even took a moment recently to thank fans for respecting their privacy, calling out the support he’s felt during those peaceful runs.
