The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 witnessed an inspiring moment as young contestant Bhavik Garg became the first junior to successfully answer all ten questions of the Super Sandook segment, winning Rs 1,00,000.
Host Amitabh Bachchan introduced Bhavik and his family with his trademark warmth and humor, asking if the family had a chance to explore Mumbai. Bhavik playfully replied that they hadn't, jokingly requesting Big B’s personal number for the next time.
As Bhavik tackled each question, his confidence and enthusiasm impressed the audience. After answering all ten questions correctly, Big B announced that Bhavik would be invited to his home for a special dinner.
When asked what he’d like to eat, Bhavik shared his choices: Paneer Lababdar, dahi, and roti, along with a cake for dessert. The moment was made even more delightful by Bhavik’s younger brother, Kirtik, who raised an intriguing question regarding Bhavik’s game progress, asking if, after winning Rs 50,000 and reviving one lifeline, winning Rs 1,00,000 should allow him to revive two.
Amused, Amitabh Bachchan praised Kirtik’s intellect, saying, “Aapke ghar mein ek nahi, do vidvaan baithe hain. Your younger one is extremely talented and might just change India’s history someday.”
Kirtik then expressed his own aspirations, declaring his desire to become the Prime Minister of India. Big B, thrilled by his ambition, humorously responded, “Bhaisaab, hamara dhyaan rakhiyega!” pledging his support and reminding Kirtik to look after him when he realizes his dream.
This charming exchange left both the audience and the host in high spirits, as it highlighted the intelligence and aspirations of the younger generation.
Moving forward in the game, Bhavik revealed another aspect of his personality—he has been working on a book titled The History of India, with 86 pages written so far.
Upon hearing this, Amitabh Bachchan graciously signed Bhavik’s draft, expressing admiration for the young contestant’s dedication to his studies and ambitions.
The game reached a more intense phase as Bhavik faced increasingly difficult questions. For the Rs 12,50,000 question about Nav Bhatia, the first fan inducted into the Hall of Fame of an American sport, Bhavik used his ‘Expert Advice’ lifeline. The expert correctly advised option C, Basketball, allowing Bhavik to advance to the Rs 25,00,000 question.
The next question, asking which country lacks its own standing military, presented Bhavik with a challenge. Using his final lifeline, Audience Poll, he confidently chose Iceland, securing his winnings and moving on to the Rs 50 Lakh question.
Here, Big B asked which historical ruler allegedly owned the gemstone featured in The Moonstone, one of the world’s first detective novels. Unsure, Bhavik chose to quit the game, taking home an impressive Rs 25 Lakhs. Before ending his journey, he guessed the answer as Shah Jahan, though the correct answer was Tipu Sultan.
Bhavik’s journey on Kaun Banega Crorepati showcased not only his intelligence and ambition but also the playful rapport he developed with Amitabh Bachchan. Through his quick answers, sharp wit, and heartfelt aspirations, Bhavik left an indelible mark on the show, inspiring viewers across India.
