Kanguva's OTT release: Know when and where to watch the Suriya and Bobby Deol starrer fantasy-action film

Streaming giant Amazon Prime announced officially on December 6, Friday that Kanguva will be available to stream on the platform from December 8. The post shared by the streaming platform on Instagram read, "A tale as old as time & a LEGACY that lives on. KANGUVA arrives to settle it all. #KanguvaOnPrime, Dec 8"

Directed by Siva and produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja's Studio Green in collaboration with UV Creations, the fantasy-action film Kanguva stars Suriya in the lead, alongside Bobby Deol and Disha Patani in key roles.

The story follows Francis (Suriya), a fearless bounty hunter, who stumbles upon Zeta, a lost child with whom he shares a cosmic bond dating back over a thousand years. As Francis seeks to understand his connection with Zeta while protecting him from a dangerous group, he begins experiencing vivid flashbacks of his past life as Kanguva, the son of a chieftain from one of the five islands near the southern Indian subcontinent in 1070 AD. In this past life, Kanguva defends his people against Roman soldiers and feuding neighbors. As Francis struggles to make sense of these memories, he must fight to protect both Zeta and himself from impending danger.

With Suriya delivering powerful performances in dual roles as Francis and Kanguva, and Bobby Deol playing the formidable antagonist Udhiran, Kanguva promises to be an immersive cinematic journey.
