Fans of BTS across the globe have a huge reason to celebrate, as member J-Hope has officially confirmed that the beloved K-pop group is gearing up for a full-group world tour and a new album following the conclusion of their mandatory military duties.
Appearing on the popular MBC variety show Point of Omniscient Interfere (also known as The Manager), J-Hope offered a heartfelt glimpse into BTS’s reunion plans and the emotions surrounding this long-awaited comeback.
With six of the seven members – RM, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V (Taehyung), and Jungkook – now discharged from the military, anticipation is building for the return of the final member, Suga, who is expected to complete his alternative service as a social service worker this weekend.
Reflecting on the transitional phase, J-Hope said, “When I was discharged, I had mixed feelings. Now that all the members are finishing, I wonder if we’ll still have the same chemistry when we work together again. I feel both anxious and excited."
J-Hope also confirmed that BTS is already moving forward with plans for a musical comeback. “We’re planning to gather and discuss the album. We’re trying to prepare as quickly as possible. Since BTS is all about performances, we’re also planning a full group world tour," he revealed, sending waves of excitement through the ARMY community.
The show also featured a segment dedicated to J-Hope’s latest solo track, Killin’ It Girl, featuring rapper GloRilla.
He recently performed at a concert in Seoul, where all six other BTS members were present to show their support. While only Jin and Jungkook joined him on stage, the emotional presence of the entire group served as a powerful reminder of their enduring brotherhood and unity.
