BTS members Jimin and Jungkook are officially back on the road, diving straight into new adventures in the second season of Are You Sure?!—their first travel project together since completing their military service.
The new season picks up right after their discharge, capturing the duo as they embark on a spontaneous 12-day journey through Switzerland and Da Nang, Vietnam.
From the very beginning, the trip throws them off balance. The newly released teaser shows Jimin and Jungkook reacting with genuine shock when they discover that the entire plan is meant to remind them of their military days in unexpected ways.
Jungkook, looking confused, asks, “Why did you tell me to pack?” While Jimin blurts out, “This is too much, seriously too much,” perfectly summing up their mixture of surprise and amusement.
A combination of warmth, humour, and poignant moments that showcase their relationship are anticipated in Season 2. Their joy in simply experiencing things together is one of the highlights, and the teaser implies that the two might confess for the first time.
Jungkook tackles every task with his characteristic audacity, whether it's cooking or engaging in high-adrenaline activities. Jimin, however, exhibits his nervous side, particularly when he is at high altitude and closes his eyes tightly, but his responses only add to the charm of the trip.
In the most hilarious ways, their differences are evident: Jimin ends up being adorably awkward while Jungkook cooks with confidence, but they both have the same excited looks when they sit down to eat delectable food. Every moment is entertaining because of their unforced and sincere chemistry.
They are hit with another twist just as they believe they have gotten used to the surprise. They are advised by the staff that there is a stringent restriction on the size of their luggage—it can only be 20 inches. The news instantly transports them back to their military days, giving their adventure an additional dimension of humour, disbelief, and nostalgia.
Episodes 1 and 2 of Are You Sure?! Season 2 will release on December 3. After the premiere, two new episodes will drop every Wednesday, completing a total of eight episodes for the season.
