Hina Khan is one brave woman. After having been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, the actress has refused to let the disease slow her down even an inch. She is facing each day as it comes.

After having shared the video of how she first finished her professional commitment by attending an award function and then going straight for her first chemotherapy session, Hina Khan  has now shared another video that will show how brave the girl is.

She posted a video where she is going for a short hair cut as her chemotherapy has begun and you lose hair post that. Her mother is seen wailing, but Hina pacifies her and tells her how she has also gotten her hair cut in the past. She asks her to calm down.

Hina Khan then, with the help of her hairdresser friend, cuts the first strand of her long tresses herself. The dresser then gives her a chic but really short haircut.  You can see Hina's eyes welling up, but she maintains her calm demeanor.

After the cut, Hina says, "It's nice, and I feel liberated."

With this video, she also wrote a long note: "You can hear my mother’s wailing voice in Kashmiri (blessing me) in the background as she prepared herself to witness something she never dared to imagine. Not all of us have the same tools at our disposal to manage heartbreaking emotions.

To all the beautiful people out there, especially women who are fighting the same battle, I know it’s hard. I know that for most of us, our hair is the crown we never take off. But what if you’re facing a battle so tough that you have to lose your hair—your pride, your crown? If you want to win, you’ve got to make some tough decisions.

And I choose to win."
