Hina Khan calls Shivangi Joshi her "little sister" as latter surprises her with flowers amidst cancer battle

Actress Shivangi Joshi sent a lovely bouquet of roses to her close friend and fellow actress Hina Khan, who is presently receiving treatment after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, as a heartfelt gesture of love and support.

Fans have been moved by the sincere gesture, which emphasises the close relationship between the two well-known celebrities.

Hina Khan thanked Shivangi for her considerate gift via an Instagram Story.

Sharing a sweet picture of the bouquet alongside a candid selfie of the two, Hina wrote, “THANK YOU FOR THE LOVELY FLOWERS MY DEAREST SHIVANGI.. PLZ KNOW THAT. I AM ALWAYS ALWAYS HERE FOR YOU LITTLE SISTER. NO MATTER WHAT.. BIG LOVE”. She also tagged Shivangi in the post and used the Bruno Mars song "Count On Me" to underscore the emotional moment.

Over the years, the two have maintained a close friendship and have consistently expressed their support and admiration for one another. In the hit television series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Shivangi portrayed Hina's daughter. Since then, the two have remained friends and have gotten closer over time.
