Fans eagerly waiting for the ticket release were taken by surprise as the seats sold out almost instantly, leaving many struggling to secure tickets for the much-anticipated concerts.

The general public sale opened at 2 PM, and within just six minutes, the Gold (standing) tickets on the left and right, priced at Rs 11,999, along with the fan pit (standing) tickets priced at Rs 19,999, were completely sold out by 2:06 PM.

What is particularly surprising is that when the ticket sales commenced for Delhi and Jaipur shows, an additional category for Silver (seated) tickets priced at Rs 2,499 was advertised for the Delhi show, but fans found that this option was not accessible. People who were trying to book tickets for the Delhi show on October 27, were unable to proceed to the payment page for these tickets. As soon as they clicked on the option to book tickets, the site repeatedly crashed. Once the other ticket categories sold out, the option for Silver (seated) tickets disappeared entirely from the Zomato page.

Fans swiftly took to X to voice their frustration regarding the unavailability of Silver (seated) tickets for purchase. Some also reported that their tickets, which they had already bought for Rs 11,999 in the Gold (standing) category, were unexpectedly canceled by Zomato.

One fan wrote, "Once again, @zomato does a shameful job in Diljit Dosanjh's addition shows in Delhi. The seating option didn't even open and whenever you tried to book seats, it said something wrong happened. But that's a scam because if you tried booking the tickets worth 11,999 or 19,999, they were getting booked. So guys, Zomato has cheated fans again. "

Another netizen wrote, "#Zomato has demonstrated its incompetence during
@diljitdosanjh show in Delhi. The seating options were not available & showed an error message. Feels like a blatant scam, as tickets priced at 11,999 and 19,999 were being successfully booked. @zomato has betrayed fans."

A fan also posted, "i cant see anybody who booked a silver ticket for diljit 27th october show..looks like a clean scam!"

As a part of his Dil-Luminati Tour 2024, the Lover singer will begin his India leg on October 26, starting from New Delhi. He will then perform in other major Indian cities, including Chandigarh, Guwahati, Pune, Indore, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
