At the trailer launch of Tere Ishk Mein, Kriti Sanon opened up about her character Mukti in a way that made her feel instantly relatable.
Speaking candidly about the nuances of the role, she said, "There are some things that did connect though a lot of things does that Mukti does I wouldn't do but I think in the beginning There is a certain purity you know, she's almost naive. Where she believes in good, she believes in the good in people. "
She added, "That sometimes other people can't even see toh woh jab bolti hai ki m tumhe acha non violent insaan bana sakti hu Woh actually believe karti hai ki duniya change ho sakti hai log change kiye ja sakte hai Aur sab m koi na koi achayi hai. So I think that part is somewhere connected with (Sometimes, people can’t even see it, but when she says that she can make me a good, non-violent person, she truly believes that the world can change, that people can be changed, and that there is some goodness in everyone. So I think that part is somewhat connected with me.")

Adding to the excitement, co-star Dhanush also shared his admiration for their creative bond on set. "And I really do feel like we've made a beautiful film and I had such a beautiful talented and focused co-star. It was so beautiful creating it together. Shankar and Mukti, we created both of them together I feel and it was such a beautiful experience doing that," he said.
The trailer launch offered a peek at the heartfelt performances and emotional journeys at the centre of Tere Ishk Mein.
With Kriti bringing Mukti’s optimism and quiet courage to life, and Dhanush balancing it with his charm and depth, the film promises a story that is both moving and relatable—a tale of hope, transformation, and the subtle beauty of human connection.
Tere Ishk Mein will release in theatres on 28th November.
