Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor clicked at Anshula Kapoor's engagement

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor's sister and influencer Anshula Kapoor got engaged to her long time beau screenwriter Rohan Thakkar on October 2. And Arjun Kapoor's cousins Sonam Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Jahan Kapoor along with their chachi Maheep Kapoor were all there to join the celebrations.

The function was a close knit affair with only family members and close friends invited.

Sonam Kapoor was spotted for the first time since the news of her second pregnancy broke and she looked chic in an ethnic wear.

She looked pretty in a mustard colour ankle-length gown with balloon-style ends over white sheer stockings. Sonam tied her hair for the evening outing.

Anshula's father Boney Kapoor was also spotted at the engagement party. Maheep Kapoor came with her children Shanaya Kapoor and Zahan. Anshula's cousin Mohit Marwah was also seen with his wife.

Sharing her look for the night, Sonam Kapooe wrote: "Ready for my @anshulakapoor 💍 let the celebrations begin! It’s all in the details!"

Arjun Kapoor was also seen requesting the paps to maintain a decorum as it was ther building and they wanted everything to be held calmly.

Jancvhi Kapoor, whose new movie Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari released on October 2nd, wore a sleek black body-hugging outfit for Anshula's engagement. She kept her hair left open.

Dulhan ka bhai, Arjun Kapoor, was dressed in a kurta for his sister's engagement and he made a sweet request to the media.

“Meri ek request hai, baarish bhi hai. Aap log shaant raho. Zyada log nahi hai, ghar ke hi members hai. Kyunke building walo ke apne hi rules hai, apna apna chhota mota kuch chalraha hai unka. Aap log shanti se raho, zyada awaaz mat karo,” Arjun told the paps.

He also urged the venue staff to be considerate, saying: “Aap bhi unko rehne dijiye. Woh humari family hai.”

Arjun and Anshula are the children on Boney Kapoor and his wife Mona Kapoor. She died of cancer in 2012.

Talking about Anshula, she has been in relationship with Rohan since 2022 after meting each other on a dating app. Rohan had proposed to Anshula in July 2025.
