Alia Bhatt was among the many stars who joined the Mukerji family in their Durga Puja celebrations on Maha Navami (Wednesday).
On October 1, the actress visited the North Bombay Durga Puja pandal to offer her prayers. At the venue, she met Rani Mukerji and director Ayan Mukerji, making the visit even more special with a warm reunion and a few cheerful selfies together.
For the occasion, Alia wore a bright yellow lehenga paired with a simple white blouse. She left her hair open and accessorised with a pair of earrings, keeping her look graceful and traditional.
Ayan Mukerji was present to receive her at the pandal and was seen opening the door for her before holding her hand and leading her inside. Once she stepped in, Alia was affectionately welcomed by Rani Mukerji, who hugged her warmly.
She was later joined by Tanishaa Mukerji, Kajol’s sister, and together with Ayan, they posed for a lovely group photograph.
Alia also took a moment to capture a selfie with the idol of goddess Durga in the background. She later shared it on her social media with the caption, “Light. Love. Shakti.”
On stage, the actress posed for the paparazzi, turning heads with her radiant appearance in traditional attire.
Over the past few days, the pandal has seen several well-known faces, including Priyanka Chopra, Bipasha Basu, Sushmita Sen, and Ranbir Kapoor, who all came to seek blessings during Navratri.
On the work front, Alia will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s highly anticipated film Love and War, where she stars alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
