Ben Affleck buys a $20 million home after listing marital home with wife Jennifer Lopez on sale: Report

Actor Ben Affleck has been in news eversince reports of his marriage with Jennifer Lopez hitting rough patch came out. Now reports are that Ben Affleck had bought a new home which is worth $20 Million.

According to a report in TMZ, it is a 5-bedroom home with 6 bathrooms, breakfast and dining areas, a separate family room, walk-in closets, media room, guest house etc.

The report further says that the deal was closed earlier this week.

It was in July this year that Ben Affleck and JLo had put up their Beverly Hills home up for sale. It is listed for $68 million and they had bought the property in 2022 for $61 million.

TMZ further reported that Jennifer Lopez is herself looking for a new house.

The two haven't been together since May and Ben Affleck has also moved out his belongings from their marital home while his wife Jennifer Lopez was away in Europe.

But the two continue to wear their wedding rings.

Earlier too it was reported that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are not likely to rekindle their relationship, and they have no plans to get back together soon.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez celebrated their second anniversary away from each other. According to close friends, 'their marriage is over'.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez had once called off their engagement and gone their separate ways. They reignited their love, and the two got married in 2022.

JLo had recently thrown a Bridgerton themed birthday bash for herself. And she wore the dresses designed by Indian designer Manish Malhotra.
