Alia Bhatt and Sharvari starrer YRF's Alpha to release on Christmas 2025; Sharvari calls her role a dream come true

Actresses Alia Bhatt and Sharvari starrer spy film Alpha will release on Christmas 2025. In an exclusive conversation with Money Control earlier this week, Sharvari had termed her role in Alpha as dream come true.

Yash Raj Films made the announcement that the much-anticipated action entertainer, Alpha, which is the first female-led YRF Spy Universe film being produced by Aditya Chopra, will hit theatres on December 25, 2025.

Both Alia Bhatt and YRF’s homegrown talent, Sharvari, play super agents in the highly anticipated Spyverse film that is being directed by Shiv Rawail.

Alpha is all set to be the perfect holiday treat for audiences as Aditya Chopra is leaving no stone unturned to make this film into a big screen spectacle. With stunning visuals and adrenaline-pumping sequences, the film weaves together intense action and unexpected twists.

Sharvari and Alia Bhatt have already completed the Kashmir schedule of the film recently.

In an exclusive conversation with Money Control, Sharvari had said that her role in Alpha was a dream come true.

"It's been a dream come true. I I never thought that, I'd be the youngest actor who gets to be a part of a spy universe at at film. It's such a big IP in Bollywood, and and all the films before this have been held by some very big superstars. So, for me to get that opportunity in itself is such a big motivation for me as an actor. It just pushes me to work harder every single day," she told us.

While talking about working with Alia Bhatt, she said: "And of course, having Alia (Bhatt) next to me, that's such a big motivation because I learn from her every single day. And and that's so inspirational, actually. I get to see, an actor like Alia so closely everyday on set, and I think that I think honestly, it's like a master class."

Sharvari also spoke about the Kashmir schedule and mentioned that the shoot was fantastic.

"Actually, the shoot was incredible. Shoot was fantastic, and and, it really was Alia's idea to put up that photo, And I think that it just it came from this from the thought of having done a good schedule and a good shoot. So it was basically just sending love from our set. So I think that was the whole idea," she concluded.

Alpha is Sharvari's next big film after her two back-to-back hit films Munjya and Maharaj.

Alia will be seen in Jigra with Vedang Raina and it is set to release on the eve of Dussehra.
