REET 2024 Notification Out: Registration from December 16 and Exam on February 27

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2024. Candidates interested in becoming teachers in Rajasthan can register for the exam starting 16 December 2024. The registration process will be available on the official RBSE website, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, and will close on 15 January 2025.

Application Process and Fees

Candidates can apply for REET 2024 by filling out the online application form. The application fee is as follows:

• Level 1 or Level 2: Rs. 550 for each level
• Both Levels: Rs. 750 for candidates appearing for both Level 1 and Level 2
• Payment must be made online during the registration process.

The REET 2024 exam will be held on 27 February 2025. It will take place in two shifts:

• Shift 1: 10:00 am to 12:30 pm
• Shift 2: 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm

The official notification also states, “Depending on the number of applicants and availability of centres, the exam may also be conducted on subsequent dates.”

Exam Details

The REET exam consists of two papers:

• Level 1: For candidates seeking eligibility to teach Classes 1 to 5.
• Level 2: For candidates aspiring to teach Classes 6 to 8.
