Kia India appoints Atul Sood as new Sales & Marketing Senior Vice President

Atul Sood replaces Hardeep Singh Brar, who recently joined BMW Group India as its President and CEO.

Atul Sood has joined Kia India from Toyota Kirloskar Motor.

Kia India today announced the appointment of Atul Sood as Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing, effective July 11, 2025. Leading the brand's nationwide sales strategy and operations, he will report to the company's Chief Sales Officer Joonsu Cho.

With close to three decades of experience in the automotive industry, Sood joins Kia India from Toyota Kirloskar Motor, where he served as President and Director at Toyota Mobility Solutions and Services India. He has also held important positions at Toyota Motor Asia Pacific.

Sood replaces Hardeep Singh Brar, who recently joined BMW Group India as its President and CEO.

Sood holds a PGDM in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD (SCMHRD), Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.
