Promoter Indian Continent Investment is likely to sell up to 3.43 crore shares (0.56% stake) in the telecom operator via a block deal, with an offer size of $806 million and a floor price of Rs 2,096.7 per share, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources.
The company has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Public Works (Health & Education) Department, Assam, for the expansion and modernization of Gauhati Medical College & Hospital. The contract value is Rs 2,062.71 crore.
The company has received a Letter of Acceptance from Konkan Railway Corporation for an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract worth Rs 161.68 crore.
The scope of work includes the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning for the upgradation of the existing 1x25 KV electric traction system into 2x25 KV, etc., in the projects being executed by Konkan Railway Corporation. The total value of the contract is Rs 161.68 crore.
The pharma company has received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Verapamil Hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP, in 120 mg, 180 mg, and 240 mg strengths.
Verapamil Hydrochloride tablets, which are used to lower high blood pressure, had annual sales of $24.5 million in the United States (as per IQVIA MAT September 2025).
The company has received additional authorization from the Department of Telecommunications for 10 years to sell VSAT services of other UL-GMPCS licensees.
The company’s Unified License and the validity of the additional UL VNO-GMPCS services authorization will be co-terminus with the validity of the Unified License (VNO – Virtual Network Operator).
The company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with CEID Consultants & Engineering for setting up compressed bio gas plants / biofuel projects.

SBI Mutual Fund has bought an additional 55.6 lakh shares in Elgi Equipments, the air compressors manufacturer (equivalent to 1.75% of paid-up equity), for Rs 268.64 crore.
The mutual fund house, which already held a 4.28% stake in the company as of September 2025, picked up shares at a price of Rs 483 per share.
SBI Mutual Fund has purchased 78.61 lakh shares in ASK (equivalent to 3.98% of paid-up equity) for Rs 371.86 crore. However, promoter Kuldip Singh Rathee sold 78.85 lakh shares (4% stake) for Rs 373 crore. The shares were bought and sold at a price of Rs 473 per share.
Promoter Shakuntala Shetty sold 11.77 lakh shares (0.57% stake) in Narayana Hrudayalaya for Rs 230.7 crore. The deal price was Rs 1,960.07 per share.
AustralianSuper has acquired 94.85 lakh shares (0.72% stake) in AWL Agri for Rs 260.8 crore. The transaction took place at a price of Rs 274.95 per share.
