We have been noticing a drastic change in the marketing strategies of various Brands from last so many years as they have chosen e-platforms to extensively promote and sell their products.
Booming Real Estate industry is a truth beyond doubt but how easy is it for the developers to attract customers for their project. Various e-portals selling branded stuffs/ merchandises and reaching to their target group directly isn't a miracle. It's an example of systematized marketing or we could probably call it new age of marketing or for instance Gen-Y marketing, where the youths are the target and discounts/deals plays a vital role. There is a lot to be learned from these e-portals where technologies being implemented to reach the customers directly.
Convenient shopping, best deals are like cakes and heavy discounts on the same is nothing less than the cherry. For Customers, real estate is all about economical and desired projects, site visits, brokers and consultants followed by unwanted calls, endless negotiation false promises and commitments. After the complete trauma, customer either ends by choosing the same project or he loses the patience to hunt for another one. Also he puts up a lot of efforts and money in the process. Similarly, developers also invest a lot of money into promoting their projects especially with the huge commission and brokerage they offer to the brokers and consultant.
Need of the hour is to hunt for a concept where the Real Estate industry could also cash in the opportunity to reach out to their customers with attractive deals through online portals. I am sure that the next gen customers or the Gen-Y customers and developers will get benefited by it as it will not only provide the convenience but also ensure the robust relations between the developers and their customers.
