Motorola’s next foldable phone, the Razr 60 Ultra, is making headlines again this time with a fresh leak that shows off new features and a few surprising drawbacks.
The leak, shared by well-known tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks), gives us a detailed look at the Razr 60 Ultra’s design and specs. The phone keeps its familiar foldable look, but new finishes in green, red, and wood textures add a fresh touch. There’s also an extra button visible on the side, though its purpose isn’t clear yet.
According to the leaked specs, the Razr 60 Ultra will come with a 7-inch internal display and a 4-inch cover display. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with a big 4,700 mAh battery and 68W fast charging. The phone also boasts 16GB of RAM (plus another 16GB of virtual RAM) and up to 1TB of storage.
The phone is expected to run on Android 15, but here’s where it falls a little short. The leak mentions that Motorola will only offer 3 years of major software updates for this model — a shorter commitment compared to rivals like Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 6, which promises a longer update cycle.
On a positive note, the Razr 60 Ultra seems to be getting tougher. One of the leaked images hints at a more rugged design, showing the phone in dust and water, suggesting it might finally come with dust resistance, something missing from the 2024 model.
While Motorola hasn’t officially confirmed anything yet, this leak gives us a pretty good idea of what to expect from their next foldable flagship.
