Shah Rukh Khan reportedly to resume shooting for King on December 20: Report

Shah Rukh Khan will reportedly resume work on his upcoming film King, which is being directed by Siddharth Anand after a break.

According to The Times of India, the actor is set to begin shooting for the action drama from December 20. The upcoming schedule is said to include some of the film’s most intense segments so far, featuring high-octane, stylish, and adrenaline-pumping action sequences.

According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan will return to the sets in December to film some of the film's most action-packed and technically challenging scenes, following a brief shooting schedule in early November, according to Mid-day.

Sources suggest that the makers are working round the clock to ensure the elaborate set pieces are executed smoothly. The schedule reportedly involves tight choreography and advanced camera movements, with every action beat being rehearsed in detail to achieve perfection.

Meanwhile, a video has recently gone viral online that reportedly shows Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone featuring in a song from the film, which was claimed to be a leaked scene.

In the viral clip, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are seen romancing to a song with lyrics that go, “Mai toh behak gaya, mai toh behak gaya, tere ishq mein janam behak gaya.” The video also shows the two actors kissing.

However, it has since been clarified that the viral video is not an actual leaked song from King and is instead an AI-generated clip.

King will mark the first on-screen collaboration of father-daughter duo Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan. The action film also stars Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Abhay Verma, and others in key roles. Earlier, at the Locarno Film Festival, Shah Rukh Khan had spoken about King, describing it as a Hindi action drama.
