CMS Info Systems Q4 results: Consolidated PAT rises 23.3% YoY to Rs 99.4 crore

The consolidated revenue for the reporting quarter stood at Rs 627 crore, growing 25.1 percent YoY, compared to Rs 501 crore crore recorded in the same quarter a year ago.

CMS Info Systems, a cash management and payment solutions company, reported a 23.3 percent year-on-year (YoY) jump in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 99.4 crore for the January-March quarter of FY24, against Rs 80 crore crore recorded in the same quarter a year ago.

Sequentially, profit grew 14.25 percent.

The consolidated revenue for the reporting quarter stood at Rs 627 crore, growing 25.1 percent YoY, compared to Rs 501 crore crore recorded in the same quarter a year ago. Revenue was up by 7.73 percent on a QoQ basis.

CMS' businesses include cash logistics, banking automation, managed services, remote monitoring solutions, and technology solutions.

Cash logistics business revenue for Q4 grew to Rs 388.2 crore, registering a 11 percent YoY increase.

Revenue from managed services and card services for Q4 rose 56 percent YoY to Rs  264.7 crore.

Rajiv Kaul – Executive Vice Chairman, Whole Time Director and CEO, CMS Info Systems said, “This is our eighth consecutive quarter with 20%+ YoY earnings growth. Our Managed Services & Technology Solutions business segment now contributes 39% of our overall revenues."

"We are seeing strong growth in our Retail, AIoT Remote Monitoring Solution and Managed Services segments. We are reasonably confident of meeting the upper end of our FY25 revenue guidance of Rs 2500-2700 crore,” he added.

For the full year FY24, profit increased 23.1 percent YoY to Rs 374.5 crore, while consolidated revenue grew 18.3 percent YoY to Rs 2,265 crore.

The company's board recommended final dividend of Rs 3.25 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up. Total dividend for FY24 would be Rs 5.75 per equity share.

In the trading session on May 15, the scrip settled at Rs 408.90 apiece at the NSE, which was 1.4 percent up compared to the previous day's close.
