As she battles for a divorce, gold medallist Saweety Boora has revealed something startling about her spouse, Kabaddi player Deepak Hooda. Boora, who was crying, claimed in a statement that Hooda is attracted to men and pledged to provide all the proof she possesses to support her claim.
On Sunday, March 23, Saweety called a news conference and informed reporters that she had been subjected to a great deal of torture by her husband. Furthermore, Boora ultimately admitted that Hooda would be held accountable if she passed away naturally. Additionally, a video of the Boxer attacking Boora inside a Haryana police station went viral.
In a social media video, Boora expressed her surprise at discovering the films Hooda had access to and vowed to provide all the supporting documentation.
She said: “I didn't want to say all this. He is more interested in guys, I have seen the videos and when I did, I was shocked. I have seen him with guys. I didn't want to reveal all these but that man is not correcting himself. I have all the evidence and videos and I will present them. I wanted a simple divorce but that man has forced me to do all these. He has told me things that I cannot reveal to my parents.”
Saweety vehemently refuted Hooda's claims that she is after his wealth in the same press conference that the gold medalist called on March 23.
She said: "He (Deepak) did not even have a toilet at home when I first met him in 2015. I had won many medals at the time but he was not that successful. Had I been after his wealth (as claimed by Deepak) would I have agreed to be with him? When he earned a lot of money from the league in 2016, he deposited the money in my account intending to evade tax. He then withdrew the money after I had paid the tax."
