India star and Rajasthan Royals opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was seen having a heartfelt chat with veteran fast-bowler Mitchell Starc. Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals played a nail-biting thriller at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Wednesday (April 16) in which the Aussie player a crucial role helping his side clinch the victory in the Super Over.
Jaiswal and Starc have gone up against each other countless times in the past five months. Ten times in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy as well. The Indian youngster caught the limelight when he sledged the Australian pacer during a BGT match.
“You’re coming too slow," Jaiswal told Starc in the first Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Perth. After that, the pacer got Jaiswal out three times.
After the thrilling match on Wednesday, the star Indian batter joined Starc, who was chatting with his former Kolkata Knight Riders teammate, Rana.

On Wednesday, Starc delivered two outstanding overs under immense pressure as Delhi pulled off a thrilling heist, clinching a Super Over victory against the Rajasthan Royals.
Displaying nerves of steel, Starc (1/36 in 4 overs) defended nine runs in a tense final over, forcing a Super Over when Rajasthan seemed on the brink of victory. He then bowled a superb Super Over, conceding only two boundaries, while Delhi's sharp fielding produced two crucial run-outs, restricting Rajasthan to just 11 runs.
KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs held their composure, striking a boundary and a six to seal Delhi’s first win of the season at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
Chasing 189, Rajasthan looked in complete control with Yashasvi Jaiswal (51 off 37) and Nitish Rana (51 off 28) steering the innings. However, Delhi’s bowlers staged a spirited comeback, leveling the scores at 188/4 and forcing the match into a thrilling finish.
Earlier, Delhi had put together a solid batting performance, anchored by Abishek Porel’s composed 49 and explosive cameos from captain Axar Patel (34 off 14) and Tristan Stubbs (34* off 18), setting a competitive total of 188/5 after being asked to bat. Rajasthan Royals will next face the Lucknow Super Giants on Saturday, April 19, in Jaipur.
