The BCCI confirmed the venue and dates of the IPL 2025 mega auction earlier this week. In an official press statement released by IPL, a total of 1574 players will be in fray as the franchises look to form a formidable squad in one of the most-watched T20I league. The auction will be a two-day event, which is scheduled to be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Among the 1574 players, 1,165 are Indian, while 409 are overseas talents.
