India secured an emphatic win to level the series, delivering a dominant performance with both bat and ball. The Men in Blue triumphed by 100 runs, marking their joint-highest margin of victory against Zimbabwe in T20Is. After a strong finish with the bat, India carried momentum into their bowling effort. Mukesh Kumar and Avesh Khan took two wickets each, denting Zimbabwe's response early on. Ravi Bishnoi and Washington Sundar controlled the middle overs, preventing Zimbabwe from mounting any significant resistance. Mukesh and Avesh returned to finish the job efficiently.

Zimbabwe, after their memorable win in the series opener, faced a humbling defeat. Chasing a formidable target, they needed a strong Powerplay. Brian Bennett initially fought back but his aggressive approach led to his early dismissal. Sikandar Raza's wicket further destabilised the hosts, leaving them struggling at 4 wickets down in the Powerplay and unable to recover.

Earlier, India won the toss and opted to bat first. Blessing Muzarabani provided an early breakthrough by dismissing Indian skipper Shubman Gill. However, Abhishek Sharma quickly asserted his dominance, shifting gears effectively. Although Ruturaj Gaikwad initially struggled, Sharma's aggressive batting allowed Gaikwad to settle. Dropped on 27, Abhishek capitalised on the reprieve to score his maiden international century. Following Sharma's dismissal, Gaikwad and Rinku Singh ensured a robust finish for India. Scoring 160 runs in the last 10 overs, India posted an imposing total of 234.
