Chief Justice of India Justice Chandrachud in an interview addressed the top judgements made by the Supreme Court in 2023. He spoke on SC’s verdict over the abrogation of 370A. He said, 'we decide based on two parameters; the constitution and the law. I don't think it will be appropriate for me either to respond to the criticism or mount a defence to my judgement. What we have said in our judgment is reflected in the reason present in the signed judgement and I must leave it at that.'
