OnePlus 7 Pro to launch in India starting Rs 49,999, goes on sale starting May 17

There is no stopping to the flood of leaks for the OnePlus 7 series. Almost a week before its launch, complete specifications of the OnePlus 7 Pro have been leaked. The latest leak has revealed the price of the upcoming Pro variant in India.

According to tipster Ishan Agarwal, OnePlus 7 Pro would start in India at Rs 49,999. The standard variant would offer 6GB RAM and 128GB storage on board. The other two variants would comprise of 8GB + 256GB storage, and 12GB + 256GB storage onboard. These two variants would be priced at Rs 52,999 and Rs 57,999 respectively.

The Pro variant would house a triple camera setup with a primary 48MP f/1.6 sensor with OIS. The other two sensors include a 16MP ultra-wide sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and an 8MP 2x telephoto sensor. The no-notch display makes way for a new pop-up 16MP lens for selfies. There is no word whether the device would have Face Unlock but would house an in-display fingerprint scanner. 

Powering the OnePlus 7 Pro would be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC clubbed with 6GB/ 8GB/ 12GB RAM and 128GB/ 256GB Universal Flash Storage (UFS) 3.0, which is currently available on the launched-and-delayed Galaxy Fold. Backing up the processor is a 4,000 mah battery for power backup that would support 30W Warp charging technology. It would have dual stereo speakers.

The specs were previously leaked by SlashLeaks. The SlashLeaks report mentioned a 10GB RAM OnePlus 7 Pro variant which is a first in the rumour mill. Another tipster Max J backed Agarwal’s claim with similar specifications. The OnePlus 7 Pro will launch alongside the standard OnePlus 7 on May 14 in India. Agarwal further added that OnePlus 7 series would go on sale on May 17 at Croma stores across India.
