After multiple teasers in the last few weeks, OnePlus has finally announced the launch date of its upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 15, in China. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 5 processor. Moreover, the brand has also revealed that this handset will be accompanied by another high-performance smartphone, the OnePlus Ace 6.

Through a new post on the Chinese social media website Weibo, OnePlus has announced that the OnePlus 15 will be launched in China on October 27 at 7 PM local time. Alongside the flagship, OnePlus will also unveil the Ace 6 on the same date, which is expected to be another high-performance handset from the company, and could be rebranded in India as OnePlus 15R.

While the OnePlus 15 5G is set to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 5 chipset, as per reports, the OnePlus Ace 6 could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Recent teasers from the company suggest that it will have a similar camera module to the OnePlus 15. The OnePlus Ace 6 and the OnePlus 15 are currently available for pre-reservation on the various shopping websites in China, including the Oppo e-Shop, JDMall, and more.

The OnePlus 15 will likely sport a 165Hz 1.5K OLED screen and pack a 7,000 mAh battery, which supports 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. Meanwhile, the OnePlus Ace 6 is expected to feature a 1.5K BOE OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Further, it will likely pack a larger 7,800mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support.
