Marico founder Harsh Mariwala recently stressed on the importance of brainstorming with peers and mentors, emphasising on how it helped in identifying one's natural gifts.
Writing on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, Mariwala spoke about how brainstorming was an efficient way to mould one's future which would, in turn, increase the chances of succeeding.
"All of us are born with God-given gifts which, more often than not, we are not conscious of. Brainstorming with peers and mentors helps identify our natural gifts."
"And then mould your future based on your leanings and strengths, whereby your chances of success would be higher," Mariwala wrote on the social media platform.
