Filmfare Awards 2024: Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt win top awards, '12th Fail' is Best Film

The 69th Filmfare Awards 2024 took place over the weekend in Gandhinagar, Gujarat as some of the leading names from the Hindi film industry descended for the biggest awards show of the year for Hindi cinema.

This was the first edition of the awards that was held over two days with the ceremony for Technical Awards given out on Saturday and other awards handed out on Sunday.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's "Animal" and Vidhu Vinod Chopra's "12th Fail" emerged as the big winners on the night, clinching six awards and five awards, respectively, across different categories.
