Donald Trump launches new perfume line with pic of Jill Biden, sparks buzz: 'A fragrance your enemies...'

Donald Trump unveiled the fragrances—cheekily named 'Fight, Fight, Fight'—on his social media platform, Truth Social, using a photograph taken during his recent interaction with First Lady Jill Biden. The image, captured at the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, showed the President-elect and Jill Biden seated one seat apart. Accompanying the image was a caption: 'A fragrance your enemies can’t resist!'

US President-elect Donald Trump has once again dominated headlines, this time with the launch of his limited-edition fragrance line. Marketed under the tagline “strength, power, and victory,” the perfumes are priced at $199 and have drawn attention not just for their cost or allure, but for Trump’s politically charged promotional campaign.

Trump unveiled the fragrances—cheekily named "Fight, Fight, Fight"—on his social media platform, Truth Social, using a photograph taken during his recent interaction with First Lady Jill Biden. The image, captured at the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, showed the President-elect and Jill Biden seated one seat apart. Accompanying the image was a tongue-in-cheek caption: “A fragrance your enemies can’t resist!”

The name of the fragrance drew inspiration from Trump’s famous words during a Pennsylvania rally where he survived an assassination attempt. In his post, Trump said: “Here are my new Trump Perfumes & Colognes! I call them Fight, Fight, Fight, because they represent us WINNING. Great Christmas gifts for the family.” The fragrances are available in versions for both men and women.

The promotion also appeared to be a dig at months of acrimony between Trump and US President Joe Biden during the fiercely contested presidential campaign. At one point, Trump had ridiculed Biden, saying he was “thrown out like a dog” after withdrawing from the race following a poor debate performance.

The image of Jill Biden added fuel to the narrative, with Trump’s use of the photo sparking speculation and amusement online. Many netizens interpreted it as a playful jab, suggesting the First Lady might have a soft spot for the President-elect.

“Damn… absolutely savage. Trump uses a photo of Jill and Ashley Biden sitting next to him with love in their eyes as an ad for his cologne,” wrote one user. Another commented, “President Trump posts hilarious cologne advertisement on Truth Social. I love his scents of humour! It really doesn’t look like Jill is an enemy!”

Trump’s fragrance launch is part of a long history of branded ventures under his name. Over the years, the former president has introduced an array of products, including $100,000 watches, NFT trading cards, autographed guitars, and $60 Trump-branded Bibles.

Following his election victory, Trump debuted $499 “Trump Won” sneakers, $119 “Victory” cologne, and $299 “First Lady” shoes. He also released $100 “President Donald J. Trump First Edition” silver coins.

The fragrance, marketed under the company 45Footwear, was set up in January by Cloud Peak, a Wyoming-based law firm responsible for forming over 100,000 businesses worldwide, according to The New York Times. Interestingly, the perfumes are not designed, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Trump or the Trump Organisation, as stated on the product’s website.
