Motorola has launched the Moto G64 5G in India, a budget smartphone and successor to the Moto G54 5G. It is the first smartphone worldwide, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset. There’s also a large 6000mAh battery, 50MP OIS-supported primary camera, and Dolby Atmos support with this smartphone.
Moto G64 5G: Price and offers
The Moto G64 5G has a starting price of Rs 14,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option is priced at Rs 16,999. The smartphone is available in Ice Lilac, Mint Green, and Pearl Blue colour options. Interested buyers can purchase it from Motorola's website, Flipkart, and other leading retail stores.
As a part of introductory offers, prospective buyers can avail of instant bank discounts of Rs 1,000 on HDFC Bank credit card transactions, or an Rs1,100 instant discount on EMI transactions using HDFC Bank debit and credit cards. This means the phone has a starting price of Rs 13,999 after offers.
The Moto G64 5G will be available from April 23, 12 PM.
Moto G64 5G: Specifications, key features
The Motorola Moto G64 5G has a 6.5-inch 120Hz supported IPS LCD screen, with a 20:9 aspect ratio. As mentioned earlier, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor and runs on Android 14 out of the box. Motorola has promised one year of OS updates and three years of security updates with this handset.
The Moto G64 5G has a dual camera setup at the back. Its 50MP primary camera has OIS support and has an f/1.8 aperture, whereas the 8MP ultra-wide angle lens has an f/2.2 aperture. The 16MP selfie camera has f/2.4 aperture.
It has up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage options. Like the Moto G54 5G, the G64 5G has a 6000mAh battery, with 33W charging support. Connectivity options on the phone include 14 5G bands, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
