Search engine giant Google is all set to host the Pixel 4a launch on August 3. The affordable Pixel 4a was previously rumoured to launch during the now-cancelled Google I/O in May due to the pandemic. However, Google, last week, confirmed the Pixel 4a launch via a puzzle on the Google international store website.

Google Pixel 4a specifications (rumoured)
Pixel 4a specifications have been leaked multiple times in the past. Google accidentally listed the Pixel 4a on one of its websites and confirmed that the smartphone will sport a punch-hole display and a single 12.2MP f/1.7 camera inside the square-shaped module, resembling the premium variant.
Google Pixel 4a is rumoured to sport a 5.81-inch Full HD+ display without 90Hz refresh rate and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Pixel 4a will feature an always-on display, according to Agarwal. The punch-hole on the upper left corner will house an 8MP front camera.
Under the hood, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G, coupled with 6GB RAM, will power the Pixel 4a. Google is said to launch a 5G variant of Pixel 4a alongside the Pixel 5 later this year. The 5G variant is likely to pack a Snapdragon 765G processor with X52 modem built-in.
Pixel 4a is also said to pack a 3,140 mAh battery. There is no word on the fast-charging support but we can expect Google to offer an 18W brick with the Pixel 4a.
