Kejriwal praised jailed legislators Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain for improving the education and health infrastructure in the national capital after 75 years of independence.
Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation officials on February 26 after eight-hours of long questioning.
The file for approval was sent to LG Saxena in October 2022, but he kept delaying it and raised queries whether the university in Finland has experience in imparting training to teachers, said Sisodia.
The LG’s office said they did not get any file for continuation of the programme, which was started by the AAP government last year.
The AAP has made revamping of education model its agenda, promising better schools and regularisation of teachers, while the BJP alleges that AAP has failed to deliver in Delhi and is making fake promises in Gujarat.
Sisodia said the AAP has mapped every school in Gujarat, where 4.4 million children study in private schools and 5.3 million in government institutions.
