Prime Minister Modi inaugurated Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewari - Nhava Sheva Atal Setu in Mumbai on January 12.
Atal Setu is the longest bridge in India and also the longest sea bridge in the country. It will provide faster connectivity to Mumbai International Airport and Navi Mumbai International Airport and will also reduce the travel time from Mumbai to Pune, Goa and South India.

The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link will be open for the public from January 13 morning.
The foundation stone of the bridge was also laid by the Prime Minister in December, 2016. Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis also present during the inauguration.
