Conveyance deeds of four separate properties that are cumulatively worth Rs 106.4 crore have been registered separately in DLF’s super-luxury project ‘The Camellias’ in Gurugram. The buyers of these luxury apartments are Lenskart’s founder Peyush Bansal, Dhanuka Agritech’s Ram Gopal Agarwal, Rahul Dhanuka and Harsh Dhanuka, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics platform.
The documents showed that these apartments ranging between 7,361 sqft and 9,419 sqft that were booked and purchased between 2015 and 2022, but the conveyance deeds for these properties were executed in April 2024.
Properties were purchased by Bansal and the Dhanuka family seperately.
According to documents, Bansal purchased a 7,461-sq. ft luxury apartment in The Camellias in August 2022. The flat with four car parking slots was bought for Rs 27.02 crore. The conveyance deed of the property was executed on April 29, 2024. Bansal paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.89 crore for the transaction.

Group Chairman of Dhanuka Agritech Limited Ram Gopal Agarwal and his wife Urmila Dhanuka entered into an agreement with DLF on June 24, 2019, to purchase a 7361 sq. ft apartment at The Camellias. He bought the property for Rs 22.55 crore and the final payment was made in March 2021. The conveyance deed for the property was executed on April 26, 2024, where stamp duty of Rs 1.35 crore was paid.
Similarly, Rahul Dhanuka, Joint Managing Director at Dhanuka Agritech, had bought a 7,361 sq. ft apartment in The Camellias between June 2015 and August 2015 for Rs 24.31 crore. The conveyance deed was executed on April 18, 2024, and stamp duty of Rs 1.70 crore was paid. The apartment comes with four car parking slots.
Harsh Dhanuka, Executive Director - Alliances & Supply Chain at Dhanuka Agritech, also bought a 9,419 sq. ft apartment in The Camellias with five parking slots for Rs 32.52 crore, according to the documents. The conveyance deed for the property was executed on April 23, 2024. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore for the apartment.
According to documents, these properties were purchased in The Camellias directly from the builder.
DLF declined to comment on the purchases. Bansal and the Dhanuka family also did not immediately respond to queries.
Though these deals at The Camellias were closed at prices ranging from Rs 30,634 per sq. ft to Rs 37,000 per sq. ft between 2015 and 2022 but at present, The Camellias are among the costliest apartments in the National Capital Region.
According to sources, the average base selling price at The Camellias currently ranges from Rs 65,000 per sq. ft to over Rs 85,000 per sq. ft, depending on the floor. The starting price currently remains above Rs 70 crore at DLF The Camellias.
Big ticket deals
The Camellias, a luxury property in Gurugram developed by DLF, has become the abode of top executives of big companies and startups. In October 2023, an 11,000 sq. ft apartment in The Camellias went for about Rs 114 crore in a resale.
In January 2024, Smiti Agarwal, a director at Wesbok Lifestyle and wife of V Bazaar CMD Hemant Agarwal, bought an apartment in The Camellias for Rs 95 crore. MakeMyTrip founder Deep Kalra, Den Networks' Sameer Manchanda and Assago Group founder Ashish Gurnani have also purchased high-end luxury apartments in The Camellias in the past.
