Bhutani Infra acquires Logix City Centre in Noida sector 32 for around Rs 1,000 crore

Bhutani Infra said that it plans to upgrade the mall to provide a platform to luxury brands in the mall alongside a 5-star hotel to compliment the growing demands of the HNI’s living in the immediate vicinity of the mall. The company acquired Logix City Centre for Rs 1000 crore which also incudes the cost to be incurred on rennovation and upgradation.

Bhutani Infra acquires Logix City Centre in Noida sector 32 for around Rs 1000 crore

Noida-based real estate developer Bhutani Infra has acquired the Logix City Center in Noida for Rs 1,000 crore, including the cost to be incurred on the renovation and upgradation of the mall, the company said.

Logix City Centre mall is located in central Noida’s sector 32 and will now be known as Bhutani City Center 32.

Bhutani Infra said it plans to upgrade the mall to provide a platform to luxury brands in the mall alongside a 5-star hotel to compliment the growing demands of the HNI’s living in the immediate vicinity of the mall.

This acquisition strengthens Bhutani Infra’s growth trajectory, cementing its footprint in high-potential markets and reshaping urban landscapes through premium, mixed-use developments. Positioned in the heart of Noida, Bhutani City Center 32 is already a premier hub for shopping, dining, entertainment, and business, the company said.

Bhutani City Center 32 offers pre-leased spaces and diverse, high-value commercial and residential options designed to deliver immediate returns to investors, it said.
