Shares of Enviro Infra Engineers rose as much as 5.3 percent to Rs 274 on Friday, August 22, after the company announced that its subsidiary, EIE Renewables Pvt Ltd, has acquired Vento Power Infra Pvt Ltd from PTC India Financial Services for about Rs 115.6 crore in cash.
The transaction, completed on August 20, gives Enviro Infra full ownership of the renewable energy developer, the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday, August 21.

Vento Power, incorporated in 2015, is setting up a 40 MW solar project in Odisha’s Bolangir district with a tariff of Rs 4.1 per unit over 18 years. In FY24, it reported a turnover of Rs 16.5 crore but carried a negative net worth of Rs 79.2 crore.
Enviro Infra said the acquisition is in line with its long-term plan to expand into renewable and sustainable energy. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India advised PTC India Financial Services on the sale, while Saraf and Partners were the legal advisors.
The deal comes alongside a strong financial performance for Enviro Infra. Net sales in the June 2025 quarter grew 13.3 percent year-on-year to Rs 232.4 crore, while net profit rose 23.3 percent to Rs 40.8 crore. EBITDA jumped nearly 23 percent to Rs 67.5 crore. However, EPS eased to Rs 2.32 from Rs 2.42 in the same quarter last year.

At about 10 am, shares of the company were trading at Rs 271, higher by 4.3 percent from the last close on the NSE. Enviro Infra Engineers' stock price has been on a solid run, rallying over 25 percent in the last three months.
