Bulk Deals: Jupiter India Fund sells 0.5% stake in Himatsingka Seide

    The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc as Trustee of Jupiter India Fund sold half a percent stake in Himatsingka Seide at an average price of Rs 195.22 per share on December 6. The stake sale is valued at Rs 13.48 crore.

    Jupiter India Fund held a 5.01 percent stake in Himatsingka as of October 2024. The stock closed half a percent higher.

    Cybertech Systems & Software was also in focus. Rational Equity Flagship Fund I has offloaded a 0.5 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 224.05 per share, amounting to Rs 3.6 crore. The stock gained 2 percent.

    Pranik Logistics shares fell 5.5 percent on the NSE on Friday. Pine Oak Global Fund sold a 0.58 percent stake in the logistics company at an average price of Rs 89.66 per share. However, Moneyplant Gold & Jewellery Trading LLC bought 0.7 percent of shares at an average price of Rs 90.53 per share.

    Pluto Mines and Minerals LLP offloaded 0.76 percent in GSS Infotech at an average price of Rs 75 per share, valued at Rs 1.5 crore. However, the stock rallied 10 percent to close at Rs 74.71 on the NSE.

    Promoters picked additional shares in UPL, the agrochemical company, through its rights issue opened since December 5. Promoters Jaidev Rajnikant Shroff and Vikram Rajnikant Shroff bought 10.2 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 190.48 per share, and Vikram Rajnikant Shroff 13.8 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 193.26 per share.

    HDFC Mutual Fund was also the buyer in UPL via a rights issue, picking 5 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 194.97 per share, and Tara Emerging Asia Liquid Fund purchased 6.19 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 191.57 per share. However, Flexshares Morningstar Global Upstream Natural Resources Index Fund sold 7.01 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 191.73 per share, and Alliance Capital Group Trust offloaded 5.83 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 191.75 per share.
