Bulk deals: ICICI Prudential MF buys 2.25% stake in Amrutanjan Health Care

North Star Opportunities Fund VCC - Bull Value Incorporated VCC Sub-Fund bought a 0.69 percent stake in Zee Media Corporation.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund bought a 2.25 percent stake in Amrutanjan Health Care for an average price of Rs 760 via a bulk deal on September 26. On the sellers side, Nagesvaramma Private Trust sold a 2.88 percent stake in Amrutanjan Health Care for an average price of Rs 760.08.

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited bought a 1.88 percent stake and ITI Mutual Fund bought a 0.6 percent stake in Gulf Oil Lubricants. On the sellers side, promoter Gulf Oil International Mauritius Inc sold a 4.19 percent stake in the company. As of June 30, the promoter had a 71.76 percent stake in the company.

Sixteenth Street Asian Gems Fund sold a 0.58 percent stake in Granules India for an average price of Rs 547.14.

North Star Opportunities Fund VCC - Bull Value Incorporated VCC Sub-Fund bought a 0.69 percent stake in Zee Media Corporation.

 Five Star Business 

Nomura India Mother Fund bought 73.05 lakh shares, Honvest Venture Partners X Mauritius bought 24.87 lakh shares, Nomura Funds Ireland India Equity Fund bought 20.87 lakh shares, and Eastspring Investments India Equity Open Limited bought 24.87 lakh shares in Five Star Business.

On the sellers side, TPG Asia VII SF PTE LTD sold 2.7 crore shares, Peak XV Partners Investments III sold 64.39 lakh shares, TPG Growth III SF PTE LTD sold 54.13 lakh shares, Peak XV Partners sold 32.47 lakh shares, Sequoia Capital Global Growth Fund III - Endurance Partners, L.P sold 54 lakh shares in the company.

MOS Utility 

Saint Capital bought 15 lakh shares, Neapax Limited bought 1.44 lakh shares, Minerva Ventures Fund bought 2.68 lakh shares, Bridge India Fund bought 5.49 lakh shares, and Ad Dynamic Funds Limited bought 2.69 lakh shares in Mos Utility.

On the sellers side, Kudribhai Pemibhai Rupareliya sold 28 lakh shares in the company.
