Bulk deals: Ashish Kacholia sells 2.85% stake in Ador Welding

    Ashish Kacholia sold a 2.85 percent stake in Ador Welding at an average price of Rs 1255.01 per share via a bulk deal on June 11. Kacholia sold around 3.8 lakh Ador Welding shares.

    On the buyers side, Quant Mutual Fund A/C Quant Manufacturing Fund bought a 2.5 percent stake or around 2 lakh shares in Ador Welding at an average price of Rs 1255 per share. Meanwhile, Quant Mutual Fund A/C Quant PSU Fund bought a 0.7 percent stake or around 1 lakh shares in Ador Welding for an average price of Rs 1255 per share.

    Ador Welding shares closed 14.46 percent up at Rs 1,419.7 on the NSE.

    Intergloble Enterprises Private Limited sold a 1.9 percent stake in Indigo or Intergloble Aviation at an average price of Rs 4,362.04 per share. Intergloble Enterprises Private Limited sold around 77 lakh Indigo shares. As of March 30, Intergloble Enterprises Private Limited had a 37.75 percent stake in Indigo.

    Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Private Limited bought a 0.8 percent stake in Indigo at an average price of Rs 4,361 per share. It bought around 3 lakh Indigo shares.

    Indigo shares closed 4.22 percent down at Rs 4,374 on the NSE.

    Fireside Ventures Investment Fund I sold a 0.99 percent stake in Honasa Consumer at an average price of Rs 435.52 per share. It sold around 32 lakh Honasa Consumer shares. As of March 30, Fireside Ventures Investment Fund I had a 5.28 percent stake in Honasa Consumer.

    Sofina Ventures SA sold a 0.99 percent stake in Honsa Consumer or around 32 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 435.05 per share. As of March 30, Sofina Ventures SA had a 6.16 percent stake in Honasa Consumer.

    Cintra INR Investments BV sold a 5 percent stake in IRB Infrastructure or around 30 crore shares of the company. As of March 30, Cintra INR Investments had a 24.86 percent stake in IRB Infrastructure.

    Quant Mutual Fund bought a 1.75 percent stake or around 16 lakh shares of Om Infra for an average price of Rs 130 per share.
