Promoter entity Neelima Bajaj Family Trust sold 2.51 lakh shares (0.02 percent) at Rs 2,005 each. The buyer was to Bachhraj & Co Private Limited.

Capacite Infraproject Ltd

Rahul Ramnath Katyal sold 2.83 lakh shares at Rs 406.4. The buyer was Subir Malhotra.

Onward Technologies Ltd

Infinity Direct Holdings sold 19.2 lakh shares in two blocks at Rs 411.35 per share to Infinity Portfolio Holdings.

Shivalik Bimetal Conductor Ltd

Angad Estates Pvt Ltd sold 49.65 lakh shares (8.62 percent) at Rs 610.6. Ultra Portfolio Management Private Limited sold 28.66 lakh shares (4.98 percent). B.S. Sandhu & Associates (P) Ltd sold 4 lakh shares (0.69 percent) and Amar Engineering Company Private Limited sold 21.21 lakh shares (3.68 percent).

The buyers included Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust PLC (6.28 lakh shares), Whiteoak Capital Mutual Fund (1.64 lakh shares), Sundaram Mutual Fund (6.58 lakh shares), SBI Optimal Equity Fund (1.65 lakh shares), SBI Mutual Fund (31.1 lakh shares), India Acorn Fund Ltd (1.91 lakh shares), HSBC Mutual Fund (5.73 lakh shares), UTI Mutual Fund (10.14 lakh shares), Ambit Investment Advisors Private Limited (1.77 lakh shares), DSP Mutual Fund (9.01 lakh shares), and Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund (17.71 lakh shares).

Buyers included the Stichting Depositary APG Tactical Real Estate Pool (9.27 lakh shares), CSIM India Opportunities Fund 1 (1.16 lakh shares), Invesco Mutual Fund (10.07 lakh shares), Canada Life Global Small-Mid Cap Growth Fund (0.09 lakh shares), IG Mackenzie Pacific International Fund (0.79 lakh shares), IG Mackenzie Pacific International Fund II (0.18 lakh shares), Mackenzie Asian Small-Mid Cap Fund (1.51 lakh shares), Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE (0.77 lakh shares), and Societe Generale (0.96 lakh shares).

Edel Finance Company Limited sold 5 lakh shares at Rs 6,702.60. Ecap Equities Limited sold 6.31 lakh shares at the same price.

(0.15 lakh shares).
