Aarti Drugs Limited has launched the 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign, responding to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority's (IEPFA) request to reach out to shareholders with unclaimed dividends. The campaign, which runs from July 28, 2025, to November 6, 2025, aims to update KYC details and facilitate the claiming of unpaid dividends before they are transferred to the IEPF.
The company has urged shareholders to update their PAN, nomination details, contact information, and bank account details with MUFG Intime India Private Limited or their Depository Participant. This update ensures that dividends are credited electronically to the correct bank accounts.
To facilitate this process, shareholders can submit the following documents:
These documents can be submitted via post to MUFG Intime India Private Limited at C 101, 247 Embassy, L B S Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400083, or via email to rnt.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com with digitally signed documents. Shareholders can also upload documents online through the MUFG portal at https://in.mpms.mufg.com/.
Aarti Drugs has also posted details of unclaimed dividends for the past seven years on its website at https://www.aartidrugs.co.in/unclaimed-dividend/. The company noted that dividends cannot be paid if bank details are not registered and that equity shares related to unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years will be transferred to the IEPF Authority.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit their documents by November 6, 2025. For further assistance, they can contact Aarti Drugs Limited at investorrelations@aartidrugs.com or +91 22 24048199, or MUFG Intime India Private Limited at rnt.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com or +91 810 811 6767.
