IndiGo, owned by InterGloble Aviation, announced on June 27 a new flight connecting Mumbai and Durgapur. The airline will also resume operations between Mumbai and Kannur from July 1, 2023.
It also introduced additional frequencies on Dehradun-Mumbai, Leh-Mumbai, Srinagar-Mumbai, Hyderabad-Mumbai, Jammu-Mumbai, Ranchi-Mumbai, Varanasi-Mumbai, Nagpur-Mumbai, Amritsar- Mumbai routes, effective June 3, 2023, according to a press release.
These flights will not only add capacity during the peak summer season but also help keep fares affordable, the airline stated.

IndiGo now operates 155 domestic flights and 20 international flights to and from Mumbai.
