Financial Performance
The company's revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, stood at ₹9,325.7 million, compared to ₹8,526.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, representing a growth of 9.38%. Total income for the quarter was ₹9,361.5 million, up from ₹8,579.3 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The profit before tax increased significantly to ₹762.9 million, compared to ₹211.9 million in the previous year.
Segment Performance
The Cooling products for comfort and commercial use segment reported revenue of ₹9,185.4 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹8,375.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The Design and development services segment reported revenue of ₹225.5 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹239.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.

The Board of Directors have declared an interim dividend on equity shares of ₹36 per share.
Additional Notes
The company had a fire at one of its warehouses during the quarter, resulting in an estimated inventory loss of ₹311.0 million. The company has adequate insurance coverage for the loss, and the insurance claim process is ongoing. The company has recognized an equivalent amount as insurance claim receivable.
