    * Home Credit India Finance has partnered with Gionee Mobiles to offer cedit at zero per cent interest rate to customers looking to buy smartphones.

    "Home Credit customers may purchase Gionee smartphones at zero per cent interest rate from over 1,000 retailers across the country," the company said in a statement.

    "With this partnership, it will make buying Gionee phones easier and convenient for our customers. With 220 million users, India is now world's second-biggest smartphone market and the joint promotion will ensure that our customers buy the smartphones they enjoy with no additional charges," Tomas Hrdlicka, CMO, Home Credit India said.

    The company has informed BSE today in a BSE filing regarding the Issue of unsecured, non-cumulative, redeemable, taxable, listed, rated non-convertible debentures of Rs 3,500 crore.

    Earlier last month, Tata Power's board at its meeting held on July 11, 2016, had approved issuance of non-cumulative, redeemable, taxable, listed, rated securities in the form of non-convertible debentures up to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 3,500 crore.

    Under the agreement, Gamesa will deliver a complete turnkey solution with the supply of 45 units (90MW) of G114-2.0MW T106 turbine in the districts of Rajkot, Amreli, Jamnagar in the state of Gujarat, India, the company said in a statement.
