Mandate Bihar: How JD(U) is poised for victory in 23 out of 33 closely fought seats against RJD

As the leads indicating a massive victory for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) , thereby  relegating the Mahagathbandhan to just 33 seats, the direct contest between the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Janata Dal United (JD(U) on as many as 33 seats throw up important points of analysis.

- Nawada- JD(U)'s Vibha Devi is leading by more than 9,000 votes. RJD's Kaushal Yadav is trailing.
- Belaganj- JD(U)'s Manorama Devi is leading by more than 3,000 votes. RJD's Vishwanath Kumar Singh is trailing.
- Jagdishpur- JD(U)'s Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha is leading by more than 8000 votes. RJD's Kunal Kishore is trailing.
