The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have extended the deadline for submitting applications for the RRB NTPC 2024 exam for graduate posts. The last date to fill the application form is now October 20, 2024, which was earlier October 13, 2024. Candidates can complete their payment between 21 and 22 October 2024. Additionally, the form correction window will be open from 23 to 30 October 2024.
Applications for undergraduate posts can be submitted between 21 September and 20 October 2024. This extension gives candidates additional time to complete their registration process.
Key Details on Eligibility and Exam Pattern
According to the revised eligibility criteria, candidates applying for undergraduate posts should be aged between 18 and 36 years, while those applying for graduate posts should be between 18 and 33 years. The Railway Recruitment Boards have also made changes to the RRB NTPC 2024 exam pattern. The second stage of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will now be common for all posts.

Application Process and Fees
The RRB NTPC 2024 application form was released online on September 14, 2024. The application fee for general candidates is INR 500, while it is INR 250 for PwBD, female, transgender, ex-servicemen, SC/ST, and economically backward candidates. Candidates in concession categories are entitled to a full refund of their fees after they appear for the CBT exam. General, EWS, and OBC candidates will receive a partial refund of INR 400 after deducting bank charges.
