IOCL Recruitment 2025: Registration begins for engineer posts at iocl.com; direct link to apply here

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has officially started the registration process for the recruitment of Graduate Engineers in Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines. The application window opened on 5th September 2025 and will remain active until 21 September 2025. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website, www.iocl.com.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the IOCL Engineer posts must hold a B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline. The upper age limit for applicants is 26 years as of the last date of application. Only those who meet both educational and age criteria will be considered for the selection process.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes three stages:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will be assessed out of 100 marks.
• Group Discussion and Group Task (GD/GT): Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will participate in group activities.
• Personal Interview (PI): Final round for those who qualify in CBT and GD/GT.
