Varun Dhawan recently expressed his excitement about Salman Khan's highly anticipated cameo in the upcoming film Baby John. With his iconic larger-than-life presence, Salman is expected to make a major impact, even in a short role. Fans are eagerly awaiting his appearance, knowing that the superstar’s brief involvement will add a special flair to the film, elevating the overall excitement surrounding it.

At the press conference for Baby John promotions, Varun Dhawan openly expressed his deep admiration for Salman Khan, acknowledging that no amount of praise would truly capture the superstar’s greatness. He highlighted how beloved Salman is by audiences across India, and emphasized that in just a short time, fans will have the chance to see him on screen once again. Varun’s words reflected the excitement surrounding Salman’s cameo, underscoring the anticipation for his return to the big screen.

Varun mentioned, "Main jitna bhi bolun kam hoga unke baaren main, I think saare darshak, poora Bharat unse bhot Pyaar karta hai aur bhot waqt baad humein unhe dekhna ka mauka millega, aur voh proper 5-6 minute ka scene hai, bhot bada scene hai, usme action hai, drama hai, comedy hai aur I think iska jo impact rahega voh kaafi dinno tak rahega [No matter how much I praise him, it won’t be enough. I think the entire audience, all of India, loves him a lot, and after a long time, we’ll get the chance to see him again. It’s a proper 5-6 minute scene, a very big scene, with action, drama, and comedy, and I believe its impact will be felt for a long time"]

Salman and Varun share a strong bond, and their fans are excited to witness their on-screen chemistry. Baby John promises to be an emotional roller coaster, with Salman’s cameo expected to bring an added thrill to the film.

Baby John is Kalees' upcoming action thriller, inspired by Atlee's 2016 Tamil film Theri. Produced by Jio Studios, Cine1 Studios, and A for Apple Productions, the film stars Varun Dhawan in the lead role, with Keerthy Suresh making her Hindi film debut, alongside Wamiqa Gabbi, Zara Zyanna, and Jackie Shroff, who plays the main antagonist.

In the story, DCP Satya Verma IPS, aka Baby John, stages his own death and goes into hiding in Kerala with his daughter Khushi following a personal tragedy. However, when his political rival, Babbar Sher, discovers he’s still alive, Baby John's past begins to catch up with him.

Baby John is scheduled to release in theaters on December 25, 2024.
