Gauahar Khan slams Amaal Mallik for charging at Abhishek Bajaj; says, ‘How dare one touch someone’s face?’

The current nomination challenge on Bigg Boss 19 was stressful since singer-composer Amaal Mallik went too far by touching actor Abhishek Bajaj's face. Both competitors and spectators were stunned by the incident, which immediately led to a violent argument.

Gauahar Khan, a former Bigg Boss winner, voiced her indignation and denounced Amaal's behavior as offensive and aggressive. Amaal Mallik taunted Abhishek Bajaj by saying, "You eat all the crap of the house; eat this too," as he forcefully offered him pani puri during the work.

Abhishek instantly replied, "Why did you touch my face?" with obvious distress. Then, Baseer Ali defended Amaal by asking, "Why are you pushing him? You fool, go sit in the corner."

Gauahar denounced Amaal's action on X (previously Twitter), stating, "How dare someone touch another person's face???? Squeezing lips almost? What's happening? Physicality is the use of touch to provoke. Isn't that obvious? Either call Amaal out or let everyone behave like savages and assault one another.”

She emphasized the importance of upholding physical boundaries in the home and cautioned that disregarding them could result in pandemonium.

"Where is it written that you can touch someone in any form? Now who charged on whom and touched the forehead? Isn’t that provocative?

Many viewers agreed with her remarks that it was inappropriate to touch another contestant's face.

Kamya Punjabi, who is also an ex-contestant of Bigg Boss and an avid follower of the show, tweeted, “What Amaal did was completely inappropriate. It was unnecessary and uncalled for, and so was Baseer."
